Appa today it has been six months, long six months, since God snatched you away from us.
You have left an emptiness behind in the world, where we find ourselves walking in during the day and fall into it when the night falls.
There are days I hear your voice and turn to see your face, but in my turning it seems like the sound has been erased.
All our words cannot bring you back…We know because we tried.
Neither could all our tears…We know because we cried.
We miss you all the time but that just does not say it all…you are missing from our world but there are no words to describe how difficult it is to carry on existing without you.
Sometimes it gets better but even that has its own hurt…To smile is a guilt and life a curse without you.
You left us with your happy memories…But we never wanted memories…We only wanted YOU.

Sorry Appa…You taught me to be strong, but I am letting you down because I can never be strong enough to accept that you are not here anymore…
